You will fill out the form on the "Sellers" page and one of our Real Estate Solutions Specialists will gather information about your property. We will research your property and then come out and meet with you to tour the property and discuss your options.

We look for houses in any condition, in the greater Houston, TX area, in any price range, in any situation.
What do you mean "any condition, price range, or situation"?
Whether your house is in foreclosure, over-leveraged, condemned, has liens, health department violations, not maintained, fire damaged, it doesn't matter.
Are you REALTORS?
We are property solution specialists with a diverse range of services tailored to meet our client's unique needs. While we do offer real estate agent services, we understand that each situation is different. Our goal is to provide the best solution for you, whether that involves utilizing our realtor services or leveraging our expertise in property solutions to find the optimal strategy for your specific requirements.
What will your service cost me?
We understand that cost is an important factor, and we're transparent about our fees. Our initial consultation to discuss your situation and determine the best strategy for selling your home is completely free of charge. We believe in providing value from the start and ensuring you have a clear understanding of your options.
If it is determined that listing your property on the market and utilizing our agent services is the best strategy, our fee is 2.5% of the transaction. This fee covers our expertise, marketing efforts, negotiations, and dedicated support throughout the selling process.
Am I under any obligation to sell my home if I fill out your property information form?
No, filling out our property information form does not obligate you to sell your home. We believe in collaborative decision-making and will work with you to develop a strategy that aligns with your goals. Ultimately, the choice to sell your property is entirely yours.
